The variable element of pay (EVR) is a bonus provided for in the national contract (CCNL).
Based on a thorough review of the company’s productivity and quality, it is determined whether it is a mandatory portion to be paid by the company to its employees.
In case of reaching the parameters that provide for the payment of EVR for workers with blue-collar duties, a part of the stipulated share is issued in the pay slip by the employer while the remaining part will be accrued in Cassa Edile, which will issue it with the two settlements scheduled in July and December.
For workers with clerical duties, it is disbursed directly in the pay slip.
For more information on how the parameters and payment percentages are calculated, see the page on Calcolo dell’ EVR.
