The G.N.F. (Christmas bonus and vacation pay) is paid through two liquidations scheduled in July and December.
In the construction industry, the company does not directly pay the worker the thirteenth and the vacation pay in his or her pay slip, but through two G.N.F. (Christmas bonus and vacation pay) settlements.
These compensations are intended for all construction workers with laborer duties who have worked at least 1 hour in the province of Trento whose company has regularly made payments to Cassa Edile.
Official GNF settlement in July
The July settlement is disbursed within the first ten days of July.
Within the same, workers will be paid all months worked and set aside in the Cassa Edile from October to April.
NB: In the event that monthly payments for settlements have not been set aside in the Construction Fund by the company, it will not be possible for the Authority to disburse the settlements due to workers.
Official GNF settlement in December
The December settlement is disbursed within the first ten days of December.
In it, all months worked and accrued in Cassa Edile from May to September will be paid to workers.
NB: In the event that monthly payments for settlements have not been set aside in Cassa Edile by the company, it will not be possible for the Authority to disburse the settlements due to workers.
Extraordinary settlements
Extraordinary settlements arise from the need to pay workers who due to payments made after the contractual deadlines by the company have not been able to take the official settlement and avoid making them wait for the eventual official settlement.
- In the case of the settlement in JULY, the deadlines are:
AUGUST 15th
OCTOBER 10th
- In the case of the settlement in DECEMBER, the deadlines are:
FEBRUARY 15th
APRIL 10th
- The dates are indicative. It will be up to Cassa Edile to evaluate any variations.
