With reference to companies that have not paid the Provisions by the deadline to be able to settle the worker (July 10th, and December 10th) Cassa Edile of Trento provides a debt collection service through its trusted lawyers.
The procedure
The procedure is triggered ex officio in the case where the company, although not paying, has nevertheless submitted the relevant monthly forms while it requires the worker to send copies of the pay slips in the opposite case.
Deadlines
There are no “deadlines” or ultimate deadlines to be able to open litigation by a worker who has not received his or her provision, other than those related to the applicable statute of limitations.
