Vacations

Within the calendar year, the worker is entitled to 160 hours of vacation.

Paid leave is paid monthly by the company directly into the pay slip.
The worker is also entitled to 40 hours of unpaid leave during the calendar year.
Leave Without Pay
The worker, in agreement with the company, may request a period of Leave Without Pay for study, personal or family reasons.
The minimum period is 4 consecutive weeks (to be used only once during the calendar year) and, in the case of the need to leave and return to the national territory, it can be granted in fractional measure with a minimum duration for each period of 2 weeks.
